Most things were closed in Geraldine on Sunday. We chatted to a few locals in the morning who told us about a market which was on, but it wasn't very big or exciting so we headed to the supermarket in search of tasty food! The previous night we had made the mistake of watching Gordon Ramsey's Christmas food show which reminded us of all the food we were going to miss out on. Although we are pretty sure that we will eat and drink well at Dan's! Our day in Geraldine mainly consisted of us preparing for Australia; washing clothes, sorting the camper and lazing around reading, blogging and more importantly eating all of our yummy food. We are looking forward to getting to Australia now; the camper has been awesome but 3 weeks is definitely the right amount of time, especially as ours is quite pokey! It has done a great job though and been perfect for travelling New Zealand.
