Yesterday we went for a day trip from Taupo to Waitomo to take part in some black water rafting. Bav and I took the cheaper option of caving and rafting. Pete, Steve, and Dan took the full day which included absailing, zip wires, and waterfall climbing too. Waitomo is the only place in the world that you can do black water rafting. Currently we are on the way to Waitomo to do some black water rafting and we have spent about 24 hours in Taupo. We arrived there yesterday afternoon, checked in to Base and got dropped off at the Huka Falls. From here we walked back. "Queenstown - Disneyland for adults" So last Sunday we set off from Wanaka and after visiting Puzzle World quite a few of us attempted the goon box challenge. This consists of buying a 3 litre box of wine (4 bottles) and drinking it all throughout the day. I gave it a go and succeeded (if you can call it a success).
