Yesterday we arrived at Westport and the first thing we did was jet-boating. This included being driven up and down a river in a twelve seater boat and the driver doing loads of spins. It was great fun and our first adrenalin activity we did in New Zealand. It was apparently the fastest boat in NZ.

After this we headed to our hostel where we met up with everyone else. We had dinner, a few drinks and headed to the local pub. We had a pool tournament but that didn't go to well for me and my partner Tash. Out in the second round.

Anyway, after a good night in Westport we are now heading to the Poo Pub for a piss up. Apparently not much there other than the pub where we stay. This morning we stopped off at Cape Foulwind for an hours walk over some hills to the Tauranga Bay. Feeling a bit worse for wear I wasn't in the mood but it was well worth it. Some great views and saw some seals too. We also stopped off at Punakaiki to see the Pancake Rocks and Blowholes.

Hopefully tonight will be as good as I'm expecting. Hope everyone us all good
