We are finaly in Constanta... Left Bran early this morning, about 6:30 and headed to Bucharest. It wasn't in the plan, but Ducati Bucharest was the most sensible place to find a new tyre for the duke. I'm glad we managed to get to Bucharest though, the boys in Sibiu did a good job with the patch. Got to Ducati around 10:00 and had to wait a few hours for them to find a tyre and fit it. It wasn't a Pirelli scorpion in the end, but I don't think we're that keen on ...

Another rest day in Bran today. It wasn't in the plan, but we didn't want to risk geting on the road with that broken tyre on a Sunday. I finaly managed to talk to the Ducati manager in Bucharest who said they'll managed to do something for us tomorrow. Went for a wonder around the Bran Castle, did some maintenance and watched some TV, in other words we had a restful Sunday. Off to Bucharest tomorrow to get the tyre fixed. Just hope it lasts to Bucharest... Inca...

Rest day, today. Been lazying around, went for a wonder around old Sibiu in the afternoon, had a bit of a rest, and in the evening we all went for another stroll to find a restaurant. We stumbled across this traditional restaurant mentioned in the Lonely Planet guide. The guys were a bit skeptic at first, but we found our courange and wondered into a cellar looking place, with a wonderful atmosfere and full of tradition. We're off again tomorrow, into Bran. Well, today wasn't quick or straight forward...Had a bit of a problem this morning, Ali dropped the bike twice in the space of a few hundred yards...It was a gravel road and I think she used the front break when she wasn't meant to. A few scratches on the paniers, a few lights gone and a big bruise on her leg. Nothing broken, but I think it hurts, she was limping earlier. She kept apologising that she slowed us down today, we needed a few hours to fix the paniers...
