During our stay in Townsville, we decided to catch the ferry to Magnetic Island for the day. Once there we hopped on a bus and head to horseshoe bay which is a beautiful spot but not much there but a Tavern which dish out pretty good meals. But this is where the story ends as there is not much more to see or do on the island. At least the boys enjoyed their ferry ride.
