Walking and riding around the villages... We have spent the past couple of days riding and walking around the villages. Yesterday we rode for quite a few kilometres down to Taling Ngam and back. Very easy riding though. All flat. Later we took the scooter down to the end of the beach here, where the water is a lot deeper when the tide is a bit low. Water there is also very clear. Up here is not as good as it is very shallow at times and depending on the wind so...

Lazy days in the Sun!!!! Spent the past two days just chilling out by the beach. Went back to Neptunes in Nathon for dinner last night and had pasta and pizza. Delicious but paid for it by the morning!! Not sure I should do that again! Went for a walk to the end of the beach this afternoon.. Quite a walk!! Weather has become quite calm again after a few stormy afternoons. Came back and spent the rest of the day at the pool.

Off to Chaweng... Have spent the past few days quietly because of some stomach trouble. I think the main problem has not been what I have been eating but rather what I haven't! I have been avoiding all bread (wheat) so have not had much fibre since I left. I found a bakery a couple of days ago that sells genuine Rye bread like I have at home. Footy at Murphy's.... Saturday...Went for a long walk on the beach again after breakfast and then just spent the rest of the afternoon at the beach and pool. Fun in the waterfalls!! Yesterday we went for a very long walk along the beach after breakfast, almost to the other end of the bay. We then came back and just relaxed for the afternoon.
