Moved on through a number of areas which included the Roebourne township (not very big - not worth stopping this time round), then pushed through to Whim Creek. The hotel had been closed down so kept going.

Went past the Yule River area - it had water on oneside and looked okay for overnight camping - just too early in the day for us. Travelling on to South Hedland for refuelling and some small stores at the shop. We are noticing the weather temperature getting warmer and Sandy has now developed an upset tummy - on restricted rations for a day or so.

Finally reached out overnight spot on the De Grey River - this spot we had stayed at before and its such a nice peaceful time with the river in sight and with water in it. Met with another couple and had the usual drinks and conversation.
