8/09/11 Day 30. Paris Day 1, France

So we woke this morning in Narbonne to a fine from the police on the windscreen for sleeping in the carpark ... Gutted again! How bad can our luck be? Luckily it was only 17 euros so it wasn't too bad. We had to drive to Gruissan police station where we was redirected to a tobacco shop, to buy a stamp to pay for the fine and then go back to the rozzers to hand the stamped police fine back to them, total ballache. We left Gruissan at 9.20am and arrived at Paris at 6.30pm. The campsite was close to Paris, the only one within the city limits. The traffic around Paris is dreadful, the drivers really are crazy! The bathrooms here are horrible, I'm not being really snooty either. Even at campsite standards they are rubbish! Chillout night spent in the campsite and getting over the loss of my phone. Paris tomorrow. Top of the Eiffel Tower here we come!
