Still felt ill and was very upset with it today, was at the end of my tether. May of shed a few tears today, but my bus driver was so sweet and gave me a big hug. But I went with the ride to Invercargill; the most southerly city of New Zealand. We dropped off some people at Bluff ferry port, where they caught the ferry to Stewart Island. Another 11 hour bus journey today, felt horrific and it was very windy roads to Queenstown. We stopped at Lake Matheson on the way, which is a beautiful mirror lake; took some pics. The first night in Queenstown I stayed in bed again while everyone else went out and partied the night away :( The next morning I went to the doctors, where they put me on a drip because I was so dehydrated...ooopsy!! After forcing myself out of bed with feeling soo ill in Abel Tasman, I somehow got on the coach for a 9 hour journey. Today was a bit of a blur and a right off. We were basically staying in a mining and brewing town called Greymouth as a pit stop down the coast (really a rest for the driver). A 6am start from Wellington to catch the Bluebridge ferry across to Picton on the south island. We were on the ferry for 3 hours, then at Picton picked up 20 more interesting characters to fill our coach, I thought I wanted more people, but actually most of the people we picked up seemed just as unfriendly as the first bunch.
