Another 11 hour bus journey today, felt horrific and it was very windy roads to Queenstown. We stopped at Lake Matheson on the way, which is a beautiful mirror lake; took some pics.

The first night in Queenstown I stayed in bed again while everyone else went out and partied the night away :(

The next morning I went to the doctors, where they put me on a drip because I was so dehydrated...ooopsy!! I felt so much better after the drip and some drugs for my pain. I managed today to sit on the lake beach in Queenstown, went to the pub for a water and even did a bit of shopping. I needed a bit of retail therapy after my traumatic drip experience this morning at the doctors.

Still...I think I used all my energy as I was in bed very early exhausted and knowing I had another 7am departure the next day.

So unfortunately for me Queenstown was not quite the adventure thrilling experience it should of been :(
