We left Ha Long Bay early and head back to the Hanoi on an extremely chaotic road. This road was so bad that we saw a moped accident; a bit morbid to say but I saw blood and a chalk outline of the body and there was money all over the road, which apparnetly the Vietnamese do to wish them well in heaven.
