Wonderful day in Vegas chilling out by the pool with cocktails. It is so hot! The pool and surrounding area are covered in sand just like the beach. We then met Polly (crazy world!) for dinner and cocktails at the Hard Rock Cafe, it was lovely and bizarre that we could meet in Vegas. We then walked 'The Strip' which is a huge mass of people, gigantic hotels, flashing lights and atmosphere. We visited MGM, Caesars Palace and The Venetian. I particularly loved the Venetian with a roof like the days sky and gondolas going on a canal within the hotel. We also enjoyed the fountain display outside the Bellagio. Amazing!
