Today we explored LA and it is massive. We went to Venice Beach, saw Bel Air and Beverley Hills including Rodeo Drive and had lunch at the Farmers Market. We drove past the film studios and prop stores up to Griffith Park where we had a good view of the Hollywood Sign and then down to Hollywood Boulevard and the walk of fame followed by Sunset Boulevard. I cannot get over the vast expanse that is LA, it would be impossible to explore on foot. Even the walk of fame is 2 miles long! We learnt that the stars have to pay for their star on the pavement. After a crazy day we had to have Bubba Gumps on the Santa Monica Pier.

Glenn Carter Sorry that I haven't written for a while but Aunty Ags has been to stay for a few days. Sounds like Marilyn and Carl have given you a good time looking after you and showing you around. I loved the photos of the seals on the beach and LA does look huge. So many celebrities must have walked up the street of fame. Write again soon. Love to both. M&D.xx
