Yesterday caught up an old school mate Vince Swift in Rockhampton had a great day and covered many of our good old days! Jan and myself rose at about 8 had our breakfast and then rode our bikes down to Ross Creek where I used to fish. None here now! Just before lunch we drove up to the Byfield Forrest. Brought back memories of my CMF days at Shoalwater Bay. Light lunch and returned home.

Completed a beach walk after breakfast this morning. Played mixed pair bowls this afternoon and had a win over two Kiwis. (The shells on the sand were so small, I didn't have a 5c so used my ring to show their size.)
