Yesterday we began our 3 day bottom bus trip, which takes us from QT to Dunedin, along the Catlins to Invercargill, then to Milford Sounds and finishing back in QT. A lot of travelling! Our stay last night was in Dunedin. On the way we visited Clyde Dam which produces 65% of NZ's power - was huge! While we were in Dunedin, we trekked up Baldwin St. - the steepest street in the world which was very cool (I have pics on my phone so we'll try upload them somehow). Then we checked into our hostel and visited the 2nd most picturesque building in Australasia, see above, and then saw the Cadbury factory to Catherine's delight! That evening we sorted out our belongings and crashed out for a 7.30am start to a 11 hour bus ride! This travelling malarkey isn't all rainbows and butterflies y'know! Till next time.
