It's bloody hot wished I hadn't bothered with make up, it's all run off.

Sorry about that, time went past so quick time I had uploaded pictures no time for writing.

It was hot getting ready to go out, have not got any clothes thin enough.

Put makeup on as thought I would make an effort but time I got out my room it had all been wiped off.and I had black eyes from mascara.

Best part about being out was the breezze on the tuktuk, which took us to the restaurant/cafe that I went to on arrival. You know the one with the eels.

Actually mine was good ,stuck to noodles always a safe bet. Jess the other English girl had hot chicken. It was tasty apparently but we couldnt both bare the sound of the cracking of the chicken bones !!!!!!

We actually came straight back to the hostel from there & sat up till one clock yapping and drinking beer. On the veranda with beautiful skies of lightening.

Apparently they leave them in, its there only form of calcium,she ended up ordering something else. Thank goodness.

It is very cheap to live here,I changed 50 dollars up when I left Phnom Penh and it is still going. We only have to buy lunch and neccesities but all except luxuries are cheap.

Iced coffee & large bottle of water, is approx 50cents. How cheap !!!

Yes as I believe 4000 riel are equivilent to 1 dollar.

Its very hard to get the thought of spending a hundred thousand here & it only being few dollars.

Only places so far with air conditioning is the garage shops, so that could be where I spend a lot of my time wandering, just to cool.

When you are looking to buy, shampoo body wash or soap powder they all have lightening in, thats because locals want to get lighter skin etc, so we need to be careful especially when washing dark clothes.

Could come home lighter than when I came.

I was going to the city today but I am hoping to get out of it, they are not going till 1.30 so hardly worth it. Plus the children are putting on a little concert/show & so want help with hair makeup.

Plus I have offered to cook a roast tommorow also, (must be mad) in this heat but I brought out bisto so they all excited. Experience tommorow going around the market.

Few more new travellers turned up last night, hopefully the noisy welsh film people leave tommorow. We will all be glad to wave them off, so unconsiderate & noisy.

Oh yes Trish ,a guy has turned up that likes playing backgammon. We just got to find one know, can you believe I didnt bring one.

I told him we are happy to play it all day, he didnt understand that .

Well my friends, time for another cold shower, as another day has began.
