Booked a flight from Ho chi Minh City to Hanoi today flying on the 25th Nov, after 3 nights in HCM. Then spend about 10days up at the top of Vietnam till Jess flys in to join me.
This afternoon Gill and I went. Around the Royal Palace, very spectacular but hard to except in a country that you are either rich or poor.
Little chat with Nicky and Mark on face time then we had an expensive meal in a roof top restaurant. I had barbacue squid, king prawns and satay chix So did Jackie. Gill had spicy curry few cocktails lovely setting all for 47 dollars. Which is actually £30.00. Bargain.
Hot chocolate at La Croisette, where we have WiFi.
Bed for us early bus ride to Ho Chi Minh should take six hours.

Steph Hi sis sounds real good and arent you spoilt with the food must feel like you are living it up after the last few weeks how cheap is the food. All looks really spirtual in that part of the world soul searching maybe. Glad you have some friends to travel around with.
