We're at the Hobart Mission cafe for breakfast. It's just around the corner from our hostel, and all profits are reinvested, providing meals for those who need them. There's a token-based "pay-it-forward" scheme here too, so that you can add the cost of a coffee, breakfast or meal to your own bill, which will then be provided to someone who couldn't otherwise afford it.
All very laudable, but we're here to rate! The coffee is a good temperature, and the right consistency, but the actual flavour of the beans is a bit rubbish. The barista has done the best she can with the cheapy coffee they have! Also, Tassie tap water tastes not great, so perhaps that has affected the coffee too.
