A charming cafe in an old rectory (we assume - it looked like it) close to the ferry at Devonport.

The coffee was fine... Far too much foam made it a cappuccino rather than a flat white, and left the actual coffee a bit thin. The flavour wasn't much to write home about either.

Bonus points for the large bottle of chilled tap water which was brought to our table, friendly service, playing Beatles, and a tasty raspberry and white choc muffin.
