A cafe around the corner from our Airbnb, which we loiter in for an hour and a half with our bags, waiting for our transfer to the airport. Grateful for the caffeine (which makes our headaches disappear.... oh dear), this makes us more inclined to rate this highly. We're at the Hobart Mission cafe for breakfast. It's just around the corner from our hostel, and all profits are reinvested, providing meals for those who need them. There's a token-based "pay-it-forward" scheme here too, so that you can add the cost of a coffee, breakfast or meal to your own bill, which will then be provided to someone who couldn't otherwise afford it. A take away cup on the way to the MONA ferry. Served very fast!!Very thin, but actually quite nice once you warm into it. Worth a mini commendation for this (Bailhache disagrees).Very smooth and slight, has a chocolatey mouth feel. Improved over time and gave a lovely aftertaste.This was then negated by the sparkling Riesling we then had on the MONA ferry!!

Today we awake to prepare ourselves for the 3rd domestic flight within Australia, this time to Tasmania! So how do we steel ourselves?
