Tuna salad and I added a boiled egg to it so it would be closer to a nicoise. (my favourite salad ever) They have a clever trick to make the salad look bigger and higher than it is. A cabbage leaf upside down. Can't decide if this is clever as it makes it look so generous or silly as it is slightly disappointing when you realise that it's not all salad :) Maybe both. Great for photos. Dressing was both mayonnaise and Italian dressing.

Eds lunch feast. Panang curry with fried garlic rice. He inhaled it. Nice and spicy.

Porridge and banana for two again. Possibly odd that we are eating what you could be eating in Dublin now in November. But we're so hungry after the run/ weights and it's really good value and really tasty. Somehow it works and I always enjoy it :)

Can't resist a plate of crinkle chips for a dinner/snack. Tomato sauce was homemade or else just a non heinz brand so a thiner consistency and more vinegary. Don't need a real dinner so this was great. Tomorrow will be a light day :)

Crab fried rice to go with the crab curry. A great idea to make your dish go further. This rice didnt have soy in it. Would eat this on its own with some lettuce.
