Tofu and bean sprouts in oyster sauce and garlic. Tofu weirdly tasted of cheese so I dipped it in eds massaman curry. Didn't want to waste the protein :)
Bean sprouts lovely and crunchy. Here as in china they just use a spoon of oyster sauce and more water so it's a thinner consistency than at home. Keeps the flavour of the vegetable as the dominant flavour which is great.
