A vegetarian dish. It went by quickly and thought the topping was salmon.

Actually chopped tomatoes and the rice was stuffed with a philadelphia style cream cheese. Not fish but still really tasty. Oops to the no lactose :) Hokkaido is known for its dairy too. Only place in Japan.
