Chopped fatty tuna and scallions
Expected larger slices of the fish rather than paste. Flavour was very light sort of tinned tuna taste and not very pleasant but very interesting.
Love the wasabi here. It's lighter and the ginger is more perfumed.
The seaweed is crisper and unbelievable fresh.
