More drunken duck this time ginger scallions garlic also some celery.
The whole duck appears to be fried then boiled in beer and garlic and then heated up by stir frying with the scallions. Served with rice :)
Much richer deeper and more complex flavour than the drucken duck with peppers.
Shared it on the yulong river after about 3.5 hrs hard cycle. Amazing views of the karst landscape. Properly stunning.
