Today was a rest day for us, a full day in Strahan and a second night. I had a bit of a sleep in and we set off for a walk to Hogarth Falls, a 50min return trip was well worth the walk, due to recent rains the waterfall was at full flow.

A walk into town for a decent coffee at the bakery and back to the accommodation for lunch and a few beers.

Out for dinner at Risbys was local caught fish and chips and a local beer Moo Brew Pale Ale for me and Moo Brew Pilsner for dad.

Tomorrow we are set for the biggest ride of the trip to Hobart via Queenstown and Derwent Bridge the weather forecast isn't great in the morning with rain and 47km/h winds, hopefully we can avoid most of the winds as the other side of the mountain ranges the wind is forecast to be half that. The road ahead is one of the best roads to do on a bike due to all the corners so fingers crossed the weather is kind.
