Today we left Ringwood bound for home, it was a beautiful morning ride until we hit Macedon on the Calder Highway, it was freezing and brought back memories of riding in the snow, although this time we weren't wearing the thermals. We arrived home in Maryborough at lunchtime greeted by Gabby and our smiling boys. A check of the odometer revealed we did 2,109 kms for the trip. And everyone of them was memorable. Melbourne turned on the weather for us, the ride from Port Melbourne to Ringwood was nice and wet and the visibility was poor. But we got to Ringwood safely and welcomed back to Victoria. Tomorrow we ride out go head home, looking forward to get back to the family. The trip has been one hell of an experience. Ride On 👊

Today we boarded the Spirit in Denvonport bound for Melbourne, the ride to the dock was amazing, the sunrise lit up the sky for us and the clouds were a beautiful orange and red. We lined up for almost 2 hours before they finally let us on the boat which was quite frustrating but finally we boarded without incident found a seat and had a pizza for breakfast. Today we were up at 4:30am and set off 545am and after a few detours due to me getting us lost in the city we finally stopped and dad asked for directions at a 7/11 store, I had us in the right area but we were going around in circles. Boarded the Spirit, parked the bikes and hit deck 7 for a coffee and breakfast. Seas are expected to be quite rough and staff are advising to take sea sick tablets. Ride On 👊

Today we rode from home in Maryborough to Ringwood, copped some showers on the way. Staying the night at Gran's house for a safer ride to avoid the Kangaroos. We catch the Spirit of Tasmania from Melbourne tomorrow morning 10/4/21. We are pumped! Ride On 👊
