Today I combined my two biggest fears - heights and water... I went parasailing! I was so nervous and almost backed out at the last minute. Paul and I did a tandem parasail which cost us €60. I didn't think that was bad at all, considering you pay over $100NZ per person to parasail in Paihia. We have just arrived on the Greece mainland and have boarded our ferry to Corfu. It should only take us an hour and a half to reach Corfu, but Bec mentioned earlier that Greece often run on 'ish' or island time. I'm thinking about maybe doing the parasailing with Paul tomorrow. We arrived at Corfu in the morning. Once the ferry docked we got back onto the coach and had roughly a 30-40 minute drive to Corfu Village. Today we had a free day in Rome. We were given a day pass for the trains, including the Metro. We went into town at about 9.30am. Bec took us as far as the colluseum. We lined up in the queues for a ticket to get inside. It was €12 for a ticket and an extra €4 for an audio guide.
