23rd July 2009 We drove about 3 hours towards Akaroa this morning. It is about 75k east of Christchurch. In our lonely planet book we found a free campsite on the beach where we thought we could have a fire for the night in Okains Bay, about 20k from Akaroa, so we planned to head that way. 21st July 2009 Before we left Queenstown this morning we booked and payed for our fiji combo package which includes all accomodation food and transport!! We then drove towards Dunedin, but after only driving for half hour the wind was so strong and blowing our car all over the road we pulled over for an hour and had lunch. 18th july 2009 This morning we drove 20 mintues from Arrowtown to Queenstown, once we got here we found a campsite only 5 mintues walk to the centre. 17th July 2009 We left Wanaka this morning to head for Queenstown. It is only or so drive away. 25k from queenstown we passed the Queenstown bungy! We had been planning on doing but not today! 16th July 2009 We said our goodbyes to the guys this morning as its the last time we will see them now until a trip to Ireland!!! We then drove 4 hours to Wanaka, passing through lots of snow and by a massive lake. Just North of Wanaka is puzzle World so we stopped here for the afternoon.
