I felt really down today, just upset and alone. Felt really far away from everyone...cant give anyone im missing a hug or a kiss or randomly chill with them...oh well at least there´s email and phones!

went to central lima today! its not half as bad as people have said, but i think it propbably gets worse at night!

right people are waiting to use this computer, so i´ll finish this blog off later lol!

ok so i´m back lol! yeh so we went to central Lima and got dropped off at Monastario de San Francisco! it was stunning (i´m still waiting for my sister to put the pics on! grr!) anyway, we didn´t go into the monastary itself, just into the catacooms and for some reason or another decided upon a spanish tour (rather than wait 3hours for an english one!). So yeh, didn´t understand a WORD the tour guide was saying, so we just observed the grand paintings, stunning gold adornments, huge solid silver things that looked like they were once used in religious processions or something (although i could be lying so don´t take my word for it lol!) and down in the basement were thousands of bones and skulls. Apparently there were like 70,000 burials there...hmm...nice! lol! We weren´t allowed to take pics either, which was gay, so me and dave were sneaky and used his phone haha!

Anyways, we checked out the Plaza de Arms, which had some beautiful buildings surrounding it; the Presidents house and the Archbishops Palace! Oh my there were two tanks either side of the Presidents house, guards and police EVERYWHERE and for some reason no one was allowed to walk on the pavement directly outside it! very odd, but there we go!
