Around 7am Wati woke us up and it was time for breakfast. We headed to a restaurant nearby where we got ; rice with fish in a currypaste sauce wrapped in banana leaves, a sauce to dip the bread in and a cup of tea. It was really nice! After this Wati wanted to show us a coffee factory but they didn't have any coffee beans so we drove on to a family that we had met at the wedding yesterday. They had an antique house and we got to taste some real Malaysian cookies...

Not a great train ride, didn't get a lot of sleep, but this time we'd prepared for the cold and put layers on. Today started off great! We had a complementary breakfast, checked out of our hostel then guess who we randomly met on the streets of Kuala Lumpur... We heard a Swedish voice say "Hallå", and thought, "how can that person know we're from Sweden??". We arrived at 6.40 am in Kuala Lumpur after a very cold night, it really was freezing! We ate some breakfast at the station and headed to this hostel, called monkee inn, that the Scottish guy told us about. We had a look around the city today. There were loads of Chinese temples and lots of historical monuments. The temples were very extravagant and impressive, especially Khoo Kongsi, the largest temple on Penang. Its also been in the film "Anna and the King".
