We got up at 6am and had some breakfast. After a few hour we stopped at a station on the border for four hours. The Russians came on and checked our passports and the checked every little part of our cabin. Then we headed against Mongolia we thought, but we stopped again after half and hour and waited another two hours... Finally we left and we had another chatnight with our australian roomie, then the guys came and eat all her food but she didn't mind ;) then tw...

We got off to a good start today! Ms Lina greeted us and hade fixed us some breakfast! Bread, eggs, tea, sausage, salad, tomatoes, shortbread and a chocolate. She told us about a really nice spot up the side of the hill about 2km up where you can get great shots of the lake, so the shower yesterday was useless! We got up the top sweaty and panting, but what a view!! Got some great pics, but well upload them some other time when we can get our hands on a computer....

ИРКУТСК The end was literally near, at least it felt that way. The attendant woke us up around 4am, we stripped our beds, packed our bags, the sweat was running from all the cloths we had on! We said goodbye( DaSvidanya ) to Nicolai and got of the train about 4:30pm. The guys were staying at a different hostel so they got a taxi and we tried to figure out how to get to ЛИСТВЯНКА-Listvyanka, a small village 70km from Irkutsk just by the Bajkal lake...

Woke Emelie up this morning, had some breakfast then Emelie went back to sleep and I read some more Dostoyevsky (the brothers karamazov - a book I received from the woman staying in our room at the Godzilla hostel in Moscow). Later on we went next door to the guys from Uppsala and listened to them play the ukulele.
