Day 292 (Monday 22nd September 08)

Much quieter night's sleep. Drove down to Surfers Paradise and found somewhere to park so we could have a walk around. No shops were open yet so walked down to the river and had a look around. For a treat went for a nice fry-up! Very good but neither of us could finish it! The shops were now open so Em was happy having a look around and bought a couple of tops. Mark not so happy! he he he. Walked down to the beach then along, already very hot! Carried on driving along the Gold Coast and had a wander around Pacific Fair Shopping Mall. Ended up in Coolangatta for the night. Had a look around Tweed Heeds and a walk. Found somewhere sheltered to cook and then back by the beach to sleep.
