USA Travels
After a bit of a heavy night this morning found us heading down the mountain passes trying to hang on to our breakfasts. Once again our driver was in rally mode swerving here, there and everywhere. We stopped for a break at Ella Waterfall and watched monkeys grooming sleeping dogs by the side of the road. The views were breathtaking and after 4hours we were once again at about 200 meters having dropped some 1600 during the morning. After a late lunch we entered Yalla Park for the first of our two safari's. The vehicles were 4 by 4's with seating arranged high above the drive. They lurched and rolled violently and by the time of our return we ached from head to foot but wow what sights. Elephants, wild boar, water Ox, monitor lizards, crocs. Various deer and loads of birds. We have a free morning tomorrow before setting off animal hunting once more in the afternoon. Shattered now but great fun. Take care R & D
