Having a great time playing Mandolin and making new friends. Food is a bit basic but adequate. Sleeping in a room with three others I think we all pass the baton of snoring. The Festival starts this evening hopefully without a downpour.

With less than a week before we vanish off to Indochina we have actually packed 99% of our gear with just the odd bottle of Deet and the charging cables that seem to go with modern life to be added. Paperwork sorted out down to the rail tickets to London. Passport has been returned after the Vietnamese Embassy lost it. Cash obtained. Only one more set of jabs to have, just the malaria tabs to buy. Getting excited now. More later. D
