We got up a bit earlier this morning to try and do a bit of sightseeing! Unfortunately it was a bit rainy but we tried to make the best of it anyway. We went and had a look at the civic centre which is really cool, then took the cable car up to the botanic gardens which were really nice but probably would have been better on a sunny/dry day! After that we had a look at the parliament building which I didn't really like the look of to be honest, and walked around town a bit - had a really nice cupcake which was awesome!

When we were tired we went to Nomads to see Mike. We chilled on their room for a bit then got the free dinner there again - very small fish and chips - and the boys played pool again. After that we headed back to the flat to have some spaghetti bolognese and a drink - planning to go back in and meet the guys around 9! After food though, Tommy's flatmate put a movie on and I could feel myself falling asleep watching it! I went and had a power nap for about 20 minutes and then Tommy came in and blasted music at me until I wasn't sleepy anymore haha. We got ready and caught a bus into town as it was pretty rainy! We had a few drinks in the hostel bar again - Mile came down for one then went to bed as he was tired which was a shame. Dermot was very very drunk which provided some entertainment, and Charlie bought him drinks which wasn't really helping matters! Met a few other people who were with Elouise who I didn't talk to very much - there was one American girl who was pretty nice. I was still pretty tired most of the night though, couldn't really shake it. At around 12 we went to a different bar/club which was actually pretty cool but I was just totally not feeling it. After giving it a bit of a go we ended up heading back via an attempted burger king - for some reason they couldn't understand the order at all! We made it home at a reasonable enough time considering that I had a bus at 6.50 the next morning!
