Today we had a major lazy day! Lazed around the flat until about 1 then I went into town to go to Te Papa museum and Tommy had a job interview.

The museum was awesome! Really big, free, and really good exhibits! There was some really interesting stiff about earthquakes and volcanoes and even an earthquake room that shook and stuff when you were in it. There was also loads of stuff about Maori culture which was really cool, I love how the Maori culture is such a part of life in NZ, it's such a contrast to the aboriginals in Australia.

Spent a good couple of hours wandering around and then had a quick wee look around the shops but by that time was pretty tired so headed back to the flat. Tommy had got a pizza earlier which was awesome a he had left me a couple of slices :). We weren't up for anything too exciting so had a look at cinema times and after chilling with his flatmates for a bit we headed into town. When we got to the cinema there was no seats left though! So we checked out the other cinema - where they did the LOTR premieres, really fancy! - but there wasn't much on, so we just grabbed some popcorn and headed home and watched a film on the laptop.
