My day began at 4:30am this morning. I finished loading the car and got on the road at exactly 5am. My goal today was to drive 800 miles and end at my Grandma's house in Columbia Missouri. 40 miles into my drive it began to snow. It quickly turned into blizzard conditions with accumulation of about 2 inches. I was driving right into the heart of the storm and it was still dark.
