Today was a bit of a disappointing day - we arrived in Ketchikan and it was pouring it down with rain. This didn't deter Megan and I and we ventured out to see the town. What a move! I think a visit to the hot tub would've been a dryer experience... This was real Alaskan weather. You could hardly see in front of your nose due to the rain.
We got to see Creek Street which was actually the highlight and visited an Eagle and Salmon Hatchery and a Totem Heritage centre. Interesting stuff.
Unfortunately the rain broke our umbrella and we had to spend the rest of the time on the ship - playing table tennis and swimming. Megan did venture out to the rear hot tub in the freezing cold rain and stood for a picture in the rain... was so funny! and she wasn't happy afterward either. Great picture though.
So we have one more day of cruising then its off to the States with Mindy and Ewan.
