Day 6 - Greeted with another fine morning in Inverness. Fuelled up (at about $2.80/litre), and after a small hiccup with the GPS (turned out to be a power problem in the car) we headed for the famous Loch Ness. Day 5 - Woke to another fine day. After brekky we drove closer to the famous St Andrews golf course and went for a walk to the club house. There are about 5 courses that start at the club house and go off in different directions. There were lots of people on the courses when we got there at about 9am. Day 4 - It was bags packed, left at reception & off to explore Edinburgh Castle. It opened at 9.30 and already there were hundreds lined up, fortunately most had pre-booked so the queue to the ticket office was a small one. We hired an audio commentary machine which allowed us to enter the number relative to the exhibit and lisent to a brief talk on it. Day 3 - Early start today 4am rise to catch 7.50 flight from Dubai to Glasgow. Arrived to a fine and warm day. Straight from airport by shuttle bus to railway station to head to Edinburgh.
