Now - this was definately one of the most stupid ideas I have ever had, jumping from a 136 metre high Cable Car! Yes people we have the second largest Bungy jump in the world ahead of Alma, Declan and I... Crap! This really was a stupid idea.

Ok breath you woosey! Breath! Its just a dive forward into mid air with an elastic band on your legs, into a huge revean that Superman himself wouldnt be stupid enough to fly through! I am going to die I am going to Die....

So there is a little insert into the head of Mr David Betts as he got ready to do the most exilirating thing of his life!

Scary really doesn't do this activity justice, its 3 times the size of the last jump at 136 metres tall. I sat on the bench as the Bungy people did there work and tried to look cool, calm and collective - what am i saying i was again s***ting myself! Walking over to the ledge like Penguin on Speed, the guy let the weight of the Bungy go, and this nearly unbalanced me to start with. What did I hear before looking down...The Killers "Somebody Told me" blaring out! Looking down - thats a long f***ing way! (sorry for all the swearing but i have to dramatisise the event as i felt, and i felt like swearing!). I jumped forward in a dive motion, and I was falling, falling into the abyss, it seemed to last and last. The Bridge jump didn't compare to this, it was beyond awesome, falling for 10 or so seconds before bouncing back up! On the second bounce I undid my legs and fell into the second holder, so I could feel the weightlessness. Before being pulled up by my feet! How amazing was that, pue adrenaline! Buzzing or hours after this one. What an event... In all honesty you can't compare it to Skydivng, but is a far crack at it!

And it was off straight away to our last Bungy - the Ledge
