So on the road once again - this time to Christchurch, somewhere I was told was not really that nice to visit. But I had plans here, that included my geekiness coming out in a Lord of the Rings tour. We past this lake in the picture enroute and look at that view, Mount Cook behind the Turquoise Blue waters - This may have been one of the most beautiful sights I had sseen in my travels, so calm.

We arrived in Christchurch and the city was quite quiet, that was until we got Alma into an Irish Bar, oh my got there was dancing and map cheering (had to be there to understand that!) and much Kilkenny (a fine Irish Brew) to keep the night alive. We also met up with Danielle again, and a new friend Brian (yank!). The night ended with the last supper of the TEAM, Alma, Cat and I were going our separate ways! And although there will never be a Cat in the word TEAM, I can say that I will miss both of them lots. They have been another family to me since my arrival in the South Island, and great fun to travel with - so thanks girls!.Obviously the last supper could not be anywhere but BURGER KING, yes we will have three of your finest triple cheeseburgers, and a party hat please, no make that 3 party hats! Brian was looking pretty scared at this point!

Anyhow, to say we slept in the hats wouldn't be lying. The girls have gone now and I am feeling all emotional, lets do something crazy!
