Wellington, well after an 11 hour bus journey I arrived. Its really dull. I was staying at Base which was cool, and arrived at around 7pm, just ready to put on my glad rags and go for a search! This is a Saturday night I remind you, nothing, dead as a door nail!. The city itself has little character to it, although the main street has some little bars and restaurants on it. So I am afraid people that Wellington gets nil poi on the Dave Betts score card!

Off to the South Island tomorrow, and the Kiwi Experience! Looking forward to that.
