At Hamilton we put on a load of washing and off we went to check out the Ansett Museum which was interesting as neither of us realized the Sir Regald Ansett began business with a car yard in Hamilton, he then got into transport via tour buses before entering into the aviation business. The first flight from Hamilton to Essendon airport took one and a half hours.
At the last minute we changed our plans and decided to head toward the Grampians, we were advised of a free camp, the Plantation Campsite just outside the Grampians National Park. The next day we spent time touring the Grampians, we went to Boroka and Reids Lookouts, to the Balconies and Mckenzies Falls. It is an area that we will come back to and discover it more.
