Milan, Italy. 9th September 2011

Peter and I enjoyed a sleep in before joining Orazio for breakfast with Sicilian Cassatta, coffee, pear juice and yogurt.
Truly a carbohydrate fix!
For lunch Peter and I caught the tram into Buenos Aires (Piazza Venezia) to catch up with my Zia Rosa for long lunch, after when you haven't seen someone for 22 years there is much to talk about, including acceptance of her Gay son Orazio.
After saying ciao, Peter and I took a walk to go and pick up his hire car for tomorrow's trip to Croatia. We returned to Orazio with some teething problems but we were sure that by the next morning Peter would have worked out the gears and stopped ridding the clutch!
Peter and I enjoyed watching 5 episodes of "Sparticus" a Mini series about Gladiators in the Arena until Emanuele arrived with Peter's nephew Ben. After a gin and tonic and a catch up it was time to get some shut eye as Peter and Ben had a 5 hour trip ahead of them.
