Well this is our 2nd day here. It is the first place that we have stayed for more than a day, for a long time. So its nice to just be able to relax. In the afternoon we headed to the Bungy jump site as a few people were going to do it. We all told and watched as Santiago and Heather threw themselves off a 49m cliff. It looked great fun!! We then went to the hot springs, which are natural streams running into the river. All very relaxing. That evening we decided to cook a group meal as LJ was going to be leaving us the next day. We cooked a huge spag bol with salad and garlic bread, with a fruit salad - yummy!!!! Later that night a group of Kiwis joined us and one of them had actually worked at the Maori Village that we had visited in Rotorua. I asked him to do the Haka but disappointingly he refused. And he calls himself a Maori!
