We arrived at Miltenberg, Germany in 36c heat, they off loaded us onto busses and into the town of Miltenberg for a 'walking tour' of Miltenberg, it was ok bit hot wandering the streets but it was a nice town: Then we left for Wertheim, we were suppose to do a 'walking tour' but we opted to to our own thing, (shopping) bought a couple of pairs of 3/4 pants and a tank top.

Rothenberg to Werzburg.
We woke to rain this morning and only 17c after yesterdays 36c. was a shock to the system.
Rothenburg ob der Taubeos is a town in the district of Ansbach of Mittelfranken (Middle Franconia), the Franconia region of Bavaria, Germany, well known for it's well-preserved medieval old town, a destination for tourist from around the world. In the Middle Ages, it was an Imperial Free City. A significant fraction of Rothenburg.
Wuerzburg: is a city in the region of Franconia which lies in the northern tip of Bavaria, Germany. Locatedon the Main River, it is the capital of the Regierungsbezirk Uterfranken. The regional dialect is Franconian

Betty Saunders Isn't Rothenburg amazing! Did you go to the Christmas shop? The church is also wonderful with a carved wooden altar. Loving hearing about your travels, and glad you are enjoying yourselves.
