We arrived back In Ashvale after spending the last couple of days in Spalding with Edna and Tony, thanks for putting up with us, and taking us around the country side, loved Sandringham and Lincol, Lincolshire the scenery was just devine:

Andy took us into Windsor, we did a cruise down the River Thames, very nice indeed, saw how the other half live: lol got some nice photos along the way.

13th October 2011. Our last day in England, Andy took us back into Windsor so we could explore the Castle, wow what a place, why does Liz live in Buckingham Palace, as Windsor beats that hands down, it was typical Liz wasn't in when we visited, she wasn't at Holyrood and Sandringham either.: lol: We had a lovely 4 hours exploring the Castle, then Andy arrived to take us to Heathrow, wow what a place this is> we arrived with plenty of time to spare, 2.30 p.m. and we flew out at 10.15p.m. (Pat didn't want to miss the flight): lol bought some more perfume from Duty Free.

14th October 2011: Arrived in Dubai at about 8.45 a.m., breeze going thru customs and border control. We found our transfer to our hotel, the Belveder Court Hotel and Appartments, nice hotel. Then we hit the shops, but unknown to us, Dubai on a Friday is classed as a holiday, not many places were open, they were all out praying. Se we walked back to the Hotel I went and had a swim, Pat couldn't find her bathers so decided to have a rest instead, I had a lovely swim, then we got ready for our tour, Dubai 4 WD Safari with BBq, wow what an adventure this was, bloody fantastic, they put on a belly dancer for us and we had hena tattoo's. (the only way I would ever have a tattoo).

15th October.

We caught a taxi out to Emerites Hall, wow what a 'Mall' it has everything, even a full size ski ramp, just amazing, we left the Mall by there train service, (cheap cost us 9.50 Dirhams) about $5 for us both.

We got back to the hotel, dropped of our goods, then caught a taxi out to the 'Gold Soaks' they didn't have what I wanted, it was all 'Indian Gold' very bright yellow gold. got a taxi back near to our hotel, we found a nice Chinese Restuarant for tea. then back to the hotel to pack.

16th October, up bright and early this morning (6a.m.) we left Dubai at 9.30 a.m. got checked in quick, so had plenty of time to do more Duty Free, more perfume, our plane left for home via Singapore, we left Singapore after an hours stop over bound for Melbourne, then Adelaide and home> End of our adventure, and today feels like I have never been away>: But a good time had by the both of us
