We never got of the ship when we were in Bamberg, had a very restfull day, Pat had a 'nanna nap' I had to get her up at 6 p.m. for tea:

Nuremberg was fasinating, we did the World War 11 Trials. Between 1945 1946, German officials involved in the Holocaust and other war crimes were taken in front of an international tribunal in the Nuremberg Trials. The Soviet Union had wanted the trials to take place in Berlin, but Nuremberg was chosen as the site for the trials for specific reasons.

We enjoyed doing this tour, then we came back for lunch, then after lunch they had a shuttle back into Nuremberg to do our own thing, which was a waste of time, as only the tourist shops were available. We are now back on the river heading for Regensburg.
