Had our last morning at the beach sunbathing as usual and then caught the 2 pm bus to Saigon. Unfortunately it was a sleeper bus which was a it annoying! The drive went quite quick though (only 4 hours) and was only held up when the driver decided to simply pull over and go for a pee in front of everybody on the coach.

Got to Saigon at about 6.30pm. Dave had previously decided that it would be best to not bother pre booking accommodation before arriving and that we would find something easily when we got here, this decision was constantly reminded to Dave as we both hauled our backpacks round for over ave carried on alone without his bag.

After eventually finding somewhere half decent we met up with Will and Mon and also Brigge and Layne and had a few beers. We said our final goodbyes to Will and Mon as they were off to he Mekong tomorrow before going home on Monday so it was very unlikely we would bump into them on our travels - It has been nce arriving at all the towns in Vietnam knowing that we would more than likely bump into friends.

We've booked to do the Cu Chi tunnels tomorrow with Brigge and Layne so early start for us again in the morning!
